Bed Bug Treatment
For bed bug control to be effective, mutual cooperation is imperative. The first step in the treatment process is sanitation and clearing clutter. We'll provide you with a prep list that explains everything you are responsible for prior to our treatment.
We offer a number of treatment options and will make recommendations on the most effective methods for your particular situation after our inspection. These methods include:
- Heat treatments
- Steam treatments
- Non-chemical treatments with dehydration agents
- Baits and monitoring devices
- Vacuuming
- Non-residual alcohol-based products to kill live bed bugs
- Electrical socket treatments
Our heat treatments heat the affected rooms to around 135 degrees Fahrenheit and hold that temperature for several hours in order to eliminate bed bugs in all stages of development. This process can take anywhere from six to ten hours, depending on the building's size, and it works in just one treatment.
Our conventional treatments use eco-friendly, non-residual products to treat the affected areas. This process typically uses several treatment methods in conjunction with each other to provide the best results. In most cases, three treatments spaced out every two weeks are necessary to break up life cycles and fully eliminate the infestation.
